Crew & time

Schedule, clock in, get paid. Union or non-union.

Crew & time tracking is where most shops lose the most money. Under-tracked hours, missed overtime, and Tuesday-night payroll math. GigLogix is the same code HPS has used to pay Local 77 since 2017.

What it does.

Six things.

  • Schedule technician roles per job: A1, A2, L1, V1, etc.
  • Text call times to each tech with venue, gear, and check-in link.
  • Clock in / clock out from the web or mobile app.
  • Overtime calculation per contract (IATSE, Teamsters, day-rate).
  • Per-event budget vs actual: see if you're over before the gig is over.
  • Union payroll export: per-fund Excel + CSV templates, Gusto round-trip.

Build your crew roster

Add crew members, set their default role, rate, and union affiliation. Per-user invite links.

Assign to a job

Drag crew onto a job. Set call time, call duration, rate. GigLogix computes the cost against the quote.

Run the gig

Crew sees the schedule in the web or mobile app. They clock in, you see the time. Photos optional.

Approve and pay

Manager reviews the week. Approves time entries. Exports to payroll (Gusto, ADP, or union funds).

Does the mobile app have offline clock-in?

Yes. The mobile app (Q4 2026) has offline clock-in with sync on reconnect. Background GPS captures the location.

How does overtime work?

IATSE, Teamsters, and SAG-AFTRA overtime rules are built in. Custom rules for non-union shops. Per-event rate.

Can crew see only their own schedule?

Yes. Crew members see only the jobs they're assigned to. Managers see all. Owners see everything.

What's the union payroll add-on?

A $199/mo add-on (Pro or Venue). Exports per-fund Excel + CSV templates. Gusto round-trip. IATSE Local 77 + Teamsters at launch. Other locals on request.
