Stripe notifies us. The job auto-advances to Invoiced. The funds land in your bank.

Common questions.
What are the Stripe fees?
2.9% + 30¢ for US cards. ACH is 0.8% capped at $5. Stripe Connect transfers on Venue are 0.25% + 25¢. We don't mark these up.
Can I charge a deposit on signing?
Yes. Set the deposit % on the quote template. The invoice sends with the deposit amount, then the balance on completion.
What currencies do you support?
Stripe supports 135+ currencies. GigLogix UI is English-only at GA; multi-currency launches in 2026.
What about international cards?
Stripe handles international cards at the standard rate. We don't add surcharges. The full amount goes to you minus the Stripe fee.
